Summer tastes like fresh berries, and the berry-lovers out there will love what we’ve been busy making. It’s the Berry Pie Crumble Square, and here’s how we do it:
First, we roll out an organic spelt flour crust
We mix together some juicy wild blueberries, strawberries and raspberries, stir in a little bit of organic evaporated cane juice, and spread the berries evenly over the crust.
Next, we cover the berries with a topping of organic rolled oats and cinnamon.
And make sure that the topping is easily spread.
Finally, we bake it, cut it into pieces, and enjoy.
Of course, you only need to do the “enjoy” part.
