The newest addition to our cake lineup is a dessert lover’s dream! Fresh and flavourful, with moist layers of cake nestled between layers of lemon buttercream and raspberry.

Available formats: 7-inch round, 10-inch round, quarter slab and half slab.

Made in our own dedicated peanut and tree nut-free, vegan facility in Toronto.

This cupcake is produced in our dairy, egg, sesame, peanut and tree nut free facility. It’s also non-GMO • vegan • cholesterol-free • refined sugar-free • free of artificial colours and flavours • trans-fat free • certified Kosher Pareve Pas Yisroel

Ingredients

Organic unbleached wheat flour, organic soy milk, organic evaporated cane juice, organic icing sugar, natural oil blend (organic sustainable palm fruit oil, sunflower, canola, flax, olive),  organic tofu, raspberries, tapioca syrup, non-alum baking powder, lemon juice, organic rice milk, natural vanilla, brown rice syrup, grape juice, sea salt, pure lemon oil.
