Gluten-free Vanilla Cheesecake


We’ve taken our classic, smooth and creamy vanilla cheesecake and made it into an even better gluten-free version.

Available formats: 7-inch round, 10-inch round.

Made in our own dedicated wheat and gluten-free, vegan facility in Toronto.

This cheesecake is produced in our dairy, egg, wheat, and gluten-free facility. It’s also non-GMO • vegan • cholesterol-free • refined sugar-free • free of artificial colours and flavours • trans-fat free • certified Kosher Pareve


Non-hydrogenated vegan “cream cheese” (water, expeller pressed oils (soy, palm fruit, olive), maltodextrin, soy protein, tofu, non dairy lactic acid, organic sugar, natural gums (locust bean, guar, cellulose, xantham and carrageenan), veg mono and diglycerides, salt), organic evaporated cane juice, organic tofu, organic soymilk, vegan “sour cream”, dairy-free chocolate (organic evaporated cane juice, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, ground vanilla beans), vanilla bean. Crust: gluten-free flour blend (whole grain brown rice, sorghum, chickpea, tapioca), organic evaporated cane juice, brown rice syrup, natural oil blend (sunflower, palm, soy, canola, olive), cocoa, baking soda, sea salt.
