This non-dairy, creamy wonder holds its own against any conventional cheesecake. Topped with wild blueberries, it sits on a decadent cookie crust.

Available formats: 800g retail package, 7 inch round, 10 inch round. Round versions can be made in our gluten free facility by special request.

Ingredients

Non-hydrogenated vegan “cream cheese” (water, expeller pressed oils (soybean, palm fruit, olive), maltodextrin, soy protein, tofu, non dairy lactic acid, organic sugar, natural gums (locust bean, guar, cellulose, xanthan and carrageenan), veg mono and diglycerides, salt), organic evaporated cane juice, organic tofu, wild blueberries, organic soymilk, arrowroot flour. Crust: organic spelt flour, brown rice syrup, organic evaporated cane juice, natural oil blend (sunflower, palm, soya, canola, olive), baking soda, cinnamon, sea salt.
