Our January Cupcake of the Month is… Hot Chocolate!

This marvel of modern baking combines all the components of a delicious mug of hot chocolate, perfect for sitting by the fire on a cold winter’s day. A decadent chocolate cupcake is filled with a soft, rich ganache, topped with a marshmallow frosting and a dusting of cocoa.  For a true hot chocolate experience, pop in the microwave for 5-10 seconds to warm the centre and the marshmallowy topping.

Our January Muffin of the Month is… Banana Chocolate Chip!

This month’s feature muffin is a long-time favourite that deserves a little time in the spotlight, especially at the beginning of another fresh, new year. Made with the finest organic bananas and delectable chocolate chips free of refined sugar, we assure you that you’ll want to eat them by the bunch.
