Our January Cupcake of the Month is… Hot Chocolate!
This marvel of modern baking combines all the components of a delicious mug of hot chocolate, perfect for sitting by the fire on a cold winter’s day. A decadent chocolate cupcake is filled with a soft, rich ganache, topped with a marshmallow frosting and a dusting of cocoa. For a true hot chocolate experience, pop in the microwave for 5-10 seconds to warm the centre and the marshmallowy topping.
