Our April Cupcake of the Month is… Lemon Balm!

It’s been a long winter, and we’re hoping that this sunny little cupcake will inspire springtime to arrive in Toronto! We’ve topped our light vanilla cupcake with a tart, creamy icing that will remind you of lemon meringue pie. It’s flecked with fresh lemon balm, which adds a subtle herbal flavour.

Our April Muffin of the Month is… Berry Bran!

It’s hard to believe that a bran muffin can be this light, moist, and delicious! We’ve packed our monthly feature full of tart cranberries, sweet blueberries, apple, and banana. It’s packed with 7 grams of fiber and 6 grams of protein, but you’d never guess that something so good for you could be this delicious. Your daily breakfast for the month is all set!

Light and creamy Irish cream frosting sits atop vanilla cake, with a dollop of Irish cream jelly in the centre, and a piece of crunchy chocolate cookie on top. Made with whiskey and hints of coffee and cocoa, this one’s not for the kiddies.
