Our March Cupcake of the Month is… Irish Cream!
Light and creamy Irish cream frosting sits atop vanilla cake, with a dollop of Irish cream jelly in the centre, and a piece of crunchy chocolate cookie on top. Made with whiskey and hints of coffee and cocoa, this one’s not for the kiddies.
