You may have seen our vegan cheesecakes in the freezer section of your local grocer, and maybe you’ve even picked one up and enjoyed (thank you!). But would you believe, our best-selling cheesecake isn’t even boxed and sold at retailers across the country? Nope, our best seller is custom order!
Our Vanilla Bean Cheesecakes are only available 7” and 10” round (as opposed to our Chocolate, Wild Blueberry, and Espresso flavours which are square and available either boxed or round). They were originally intended to be sold to restaurants to serve to guests with their house syrups and fruit toppings. Customers started reaching out to us to request to pick up vanilla cheesecakes from our bakery, and to our surprise, these pick-up orders have surpassed our retail cheesecake sales!
All of our nut-free dairy-free cheesecakes are made with nutritious ingredients like organic spelt and organic tofu. The gluten-free versions include a blend of flours including whole grain brown rice and sorghum. Like all of our sweets, our cheesecakes contain no preservatives or refined sugars.
We can finish with a swirl of chocolate on top and chocolate shavings around the outside, on request, or we can inscribe a message on top at no extra charge. Our Vanilla Bean Cheesecake and our Blueberry Cheesecake are both available either nut-free or gluten-free.
